Tennessee Second Amendment advocate Nikki Goeser is the 2012 NRA Sybil Ludington Women’s Freedom Award winner. She is also the author of the book, Denied a Chance, which chronicles the death of her husband, and the laws that kept her legally owned firearm locked in her vehicle when the murder occurred.
