Michael Fifer: California Microstamping Denies Second Amendment Rights

The implementation of California's microstamping law has many in the firearms industry justly alarmed. CEO Michael Fifer of Ruger is one of them, and has voiced his concern that the law is being used to deny citizens their Second Amendment right to Keep and Bear Arms.
